"I have been a romantic at heart most of my life. I love the idea of a happy ending, and find it tough to write a sad one. Since I could first read, I loved escaping in fiction. But I also love comedy and feel-good stories. I write like I talk…so, often I struggle to get across my sarcasm in a way that my readers get it.
I grew up reading mysteries, coming-of age, romance, comics books, dictionaries and encyclopedias. Yes, I read reference books! I loved learning about far away places and their cultures.
I started writing when I was just a child, but never considered I could be good at it. About ten years ago, I decided to give this career a go and have learned so much along the way.
